TO ACTIVATE:
1) Firmly press and release “Activator Button”.
2) Solution will then crystallize and generate heat.
3) Massage the pack until soft.
TO RECHARGE:
1) Place heater in protective pouch (supplied).
2) Boil in water for 15 minutes until contents completely melted.
3) Allow pack to cool before “Re-Activation”.
WARNING:
Some skin types more sensitive than others.
Always perform short test before prolonged use.
Never allow heat pack direct contact with skin.
Do not microwave.
Ship heat packs in solid not liquid state.
